We use your email to deliver your document-pack purchase or workspace account, send you documents, and (if you opt in) send occasional product updates. We use anonymous analytics to improve the site.
We process your data under contract (to deliver the service you purchase) and legitimate interests (to improve our product). Newsletter emails require your explicit opt-in consent.
Free form emails. If you ask us to email you a free form, we store your email address, the form you asked for, a record of your consent, and a scrambled (hashed) record of your network address that we use only to stop the sign-up form being abused. We first send one email asking you to confirm your address. Once you confirm, we send the form and occasional practical emails. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any of those emails. We keep an unsubscribed address on a do-not-email list so that we do not contact it again. These emails are sent through Resend.
Account and order data: 7 years (UK tax/accounting requirement). Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.

We use session cookies for login. If you click Accept on our cookie banner we also set advertising cookies: Microsoft Advertising (Bing UET) to measure our adverts, and Google AdSense to show adverts on our free guides and articles. Decline on the banner and no advertising cookies are set. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting document access.
