2. What Is Included

The Instructor agrees to provide the following as part of this intensive course or block booking:

[One / Two] mock test(s) conducted on local test routes to DVSA examiner standards.
Theory test support and Show Me / Tell Me question coaching (as required).
Lesson notes and a progress record provided to the Pupil after each session.
Guidance on booking the DVSA practical test (the Pupil books and pays for their own test).

Lessons are conducted in the Instructor's dual-control [manual / automatic] vehicle.

3. Course Schedule

4. Fees and Payment

Payment terms:

The block price is fixed and will not increase once paid in full, even if standard hourly rates change during the course period.

5. Refund Policy

      Sessions already completed are non-refundable. If the Pupil cancels part or all of the course, the following applies to unused sessions only.
    

Cancellation 48 hours or more before the block starts: 75% refund of unused session value (after deducting the deposit).
Cancellation less than 48 hours before the block starts: Deposit is forfeited; no refund for the first day's sessions.
Cancellation after the course has started: No refund for completed sessions. Unused sessions may be credited towards future standard lessons at the Instructor's discretion.
Instructor-initiated cancellation (illness or vehicle fault): All unused sessions fully refunded or credited.

6. Transfer to Standard Lessons

If an intensive course is not completed (for any reason), any unused hours may be transferred to standard lessons at the Instructor's standard hourly rate, subject to availability. The Instructor will apply the unused block credit towards future lessons at a rate of [£XX per hour]. Any difference between the block rate and the standard rate will not be charged retrospectively for completed sessions.

7. DVSA Practical Test Booking

The Pupil is responsible for booking and paying for their own DVSA practical driving test. The Instructor recommends booking the test during or immediately after the intensive course to maximise retention. The Instructor is not responsible for test availability or DVSA booking fees, which are payable directly to DVSA.

8. No Guarantee of Test Pass

      Important: This course is designed to prepare the Pupil to the DVSA practical test standard. However, no guarantee is given that the Pupil will pass the DVSA practical test. Test outcome depends on the individual's ability and performance on the day. No refund will be made if the Pupil does not pass their test.
    

9. Weather and Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of severe weather or other exceptional circumstances preventing lessons from proceeding, affected sessions will be rescheduled at mutual convenience at no additional charge. If rescheduling is not possible, the Pupil will receive a credit for unused sessions.

10. Cancellation by Instructor

If the Instructor must cancel due to illness or vehicle fault, all affected sessions will be rescheduled without additional charge. If rescheduling cannot be agreed within a reasonable time, a full refund for the unused sessions will be issued.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales.
